It doesn't pair with my device. Plus there's no shortcut icon, I have to go to playstore to launch the app.
Does not reliably sync to the wrist heart monitor. Lack of this functionality means we have to write down the readings in a notebook. I wish we had purchased an alternative brand of monitor.
Never yet used & can't afford 28 mg upgrade on my phone space. Disgraceful attitude by you!
App doesn't open since last update. I've lost all records. Unfit for purpose
Since downloading the new app update, it simply crashes over and over again. Very frustrating and makes purchase of the Evolve BP monitor feel like a waste of money. Previous app version was a little glitchy but worked 90% of the time. Will have to go back to using a spreadsheet. You can't stop progress!
Same as everyone else on here, cannot open app after upgrade that was supposed to fix bugs but has introduced a major one. Useless app at the moment , get it sorted ASAP!!!
Won't open
The first version was great but don't like this.
Previous Omron app was way more usable than the "updated new" app. - - Unfortunatelly upgrade is one way only and once you migrate data to the new app old app refuses to display it. New app is too commercially oriented pushing paying features on you. To put it simple : I WANT OLD APP BACK AS IT WHERE. AND STOP BOTHERING ME SELLING FEATURES. Once i find a way to sync data i will avoiid using new app completely.
It is very handy, convenient, useful and easy to use
